I’ve been seriously slacking on the blogs as of late, but the last few months have been fairly hectic.

First I was in Canada for the CAA Level II Avalanche course- which was far and away the best classroom sessions that I have ever attended. Followed by the ISSW, which was nice and informative as usual.

After being in Whistler, I switched gears and headed to Vegas. Mostly warm rock climbing in the sun and completing another amga course/exam, just in time for winter. I’m back at home in CB where it is seriously looking like winter outside. With all this white stuff (not anything close to being able to ski) I’ve been doing some serious snow geekout time on the old computer.

Check out this amazing ABS Backpack testing video! If you speak German, maybe you could translate?
